At Kingfisher, as at many wonderful bars throughout the country, guests come night after night and leave worries at the door. Bars provide a resting spot, an escape, a kind ear, and a place to be yourself.
We want to continue to provide all of those things, even in this uncertain time, so we are changing the way we are operating, for now.
Beginning Tuesday, August 17th, all guests will be required to provide proof of vaccination to enter Kingfisher. Outdoor seating will continue to be open to all, no questions asked. This decision is not motivated by fear, but rather by a desire to care for our community, as they’ve cared for us. We care about providing the safest work environment for our team, and we care that everyone who enters our door believes we are providing the safest possible environment for guests.
We value every single person who has ever supported Kingfisher and look forward to the day when we can welcome all folks into our basement bar. But for now, we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we can keep our indoor bar open and continue to serve our community safely.
